Through our connection we will achieve our common goals and continually highlight them.

R=REPRESENT

I will represent all of us from the bag room to the board room; ALL decisions MUST come from the bottom to the top.

E=ENGAGE

We must engage each other in meaningful dialogue, not only meaningless rhetoric - I won’t just kick the ball down the fairway.

S=SUPPORT
